This is a blog created to record our family's roller coaster ride of a life. In this blog you will read about everyday life with us. You will learn that Lilly loves cheer and Trev is ALL BOY! We are quite the busy family. Besides Lilly's cheer practice that goes on 4 times a week (3 hours each day) we also take Master T to 2 soccer practices a week & one soccer game each weekend. How do we find time to throw the parties & get togethers that we have each month, or do homework, or clean the house, or grocery shop, or just spend time together, you may ask. Skill, people. It is a balancing act.

Halloween 2010

Well we all know that this is my favorite holiday, bar none.  Halloween, people.  It is the best.  Free candy, fun costumes, crafts galore, creativity, friends, family, cool weather, pumpkins, ghosts, ghouls, black cats.  This reminds me of a song that my dad taught me:
Halloween, Halloween.  
Oh, what funny things are seen.
Witches hats.
Coal black cats.
Broom stick riders.
Mice,
and rats.

It is a fun song and very descriptive of Halloween.

So this Halloween we had a party with all of our friends!  All holidays call for a party at my house. We had the typical ghoulish treats.  Witches fingers, snot punch, blood punch, with dry ice, monkey brains, and many more stomach turning delicacies.  
The kids painted pumpkins on the patio while the grown ups did boring grown up stuff.
Then it was trick or treating time, people!!!
